Name of the Day #1 - Captain Tinklepa

Now, you might imagine as my co-worker did that this was the name of some insane person's cat, but no...oh-no, if only it was that simple.

This apparently is the name of an actual person and Captain is his rank. My co-worker friend looked up the name Tinklepa and found out that it was the Americanization of the German name Dinklebach which was a city or region where the person's family came from.
