I keep seeing more and more national stories of crazy Wisconsin people through my news feeds and this one did not disappoint.
Apparently, a Milwaukee man went out to cut his grass the other day and after not being able to get his riding lawn mower to start, shot it with a sawed off shotgun or rifle.
The police call came from a woman who lives with the man who reported that he was intoxicated at the time.
The man was upset with the police intervention stating, "I can do that, it's my lawn mower and my yard so I can shoot it if I want."
If convicted, the man could face up to an $11,000 fine and up to three months in jail.
Apparently, the crime wasn't in shooting the lawn mower but in possession of the short barrelled gun and also for disorderly conduct.
